Mid-Year Client Data Specs

For clients who joined the Sequoia Tech program after January 2, of current reporting year.  Clients are responsible for submitting census and coverage information for the months prior to joining Sequoia Tech.  Each file must be in Excel or CSV format and must contain the employee SSN. 


System File Template with State Reporting -1095C Template attached for reference.   This is the standard ACA template format that will be used to consolidate files that are submitted.
