Registering and Logging In to ACA Track


Welcome Email

If you have not already received a Welcome Email, you should soon receive an email invitation to gain access to the ACA Track system:



Once you receive your email, click the “Verify My Account” link to access the ACA Track registration page. If you are unable to click the Verify Account link, or if it does not open in a web browser, copy and paste the URL at the bottom of your email.

Create a Password and Security Responses

On the ACA Track registration page, you will need to create a password, enter a response to one of our security questions, and create an audio pass phrase
The security question will be used for verification if you need to reset a lost password.
The audio pass phrase will be used to verify your identity if you call phone support.  

Due to the secure nature of the information stored within the ACA Track, passwords must meet the following minimum requirements
  1. Require a minimum length of at least 8 characters;
  2. Passwords cannot contain the login username (username=email address)
  3. Must contain both numeric and alphabetic characters
  4. The new password/phrase shall not be the same as THE LAST password used.
Once you have entered the necessary security information, review our Terms and Conditions, check the box to accept our Terms and Conditions, and click Save. Your registration is complete, and you can now log in to ACA Track.  

Logging In

To log in to ACA Track, go to login.myacatrack.com and enter your email address and password.



If you cannot remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link below the sign-in page.

MFA Verification Code

On your first log in, for security purposes, you will receive a verification code via email after entering your user-name and password.  Doing this will complete the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication process).   In the future, you can choose to receive this code via email or text, once you have added a cell phone number to your user profile.  To add your cell phone number, log into ACA Track and click on the person icon next to your name in the upper right hand corner.  Add your cell phone number and click "Save".

Account Renewal

Your account must be renewed every 90 days. You will receive a renewal notification email 15, 10, and 1 day before your account expiration. In order to renew your account, simply click on the “Renew My Account” link within the email.


Change Your Password

To change your password, click on the My Profile icon next to your name at the top right side of the ACA Track Home page:

On your profile page, you can update your password, security questions, and audio pass phrase. You can access your profile page by clicking on the person icon in the upper right hand corner of the initial log in page.
